Wanda P Cosentino
October 16th, 2026

oneATELIER Paris is pleased to announce our next Deep Studio Visit with Italo-Brazilian artist and researcher Wanda P Cosentino on Friday, October 16th, 2026, in her studio in the 20th arrondisment of Paris.

Wanda P Cosentino’s research explores how an artwork can move beyond the two-dimensional plane and become an active presence within space. She is interested in how perception shifts through light, material, movement, and viewpoint.

Her early research investigated altered states of connected attention and ritualistic modes of production, drawing on Eastern philosophies and extended periods of travel. This has since evolved into a more integrated systemic outlook, with growing attention to space itself as an active part of the work.

Her Sessions series, developed through painting and washi paper, has recently expanded into experiments with latex. This new material research asks how a work can hold multiple perspectives at once, and how light and space can become integral to the work rather than simply its setting.

For this studio visit, we will have the opportunity to see and discuss her latest work and research process, alongside prototypes and material studies.

Wanda P Cosentino is an Italo-Brazilian artist and researcher based in Paris, France.

Educated between Milan and Paris, she works across artistic research and studio practice, with ongoing mentorship from Anna Israel and Lucas Rehnman.

Her intellectual and artistic formation has been shaped by sustained encounters with Eastern philosophies, mysticism, and contemporary approaches to systems thinking. She has also studied with physicist and systems thinker Fritjof Capra.

Before establishing her current practice, Cosentino spent extended periods travelling and developing independent research around ritual, attention, and altered states of consciousness. These experiences continue to inform the broader trajectory of her artistic research.
