Empowering Women Artists in Paris

oneATELIER is an independent, artist-run community dedicated to supporting women artists and art professionals working in Paris.
Our mission is simple yet vital: to cultivate a generous, well-organized, and inspiring environment where members can grow, connect, and gain visibility.

Since its inception, oneATELIER has served as a soft landing for women artists arriving from across the globe—offering immediate friendship, professional guidance, and thoughtful artistic dialogue through our in-depth studio visit format. What began as an intimate circle has evolved into a dynamic network that champions mutual support, creativity, and shared growth.


We are now seeking funding to realise three key initiatives that will shape the future of oneATELIER:

“Led by Women” Symposium (Early 2027)
 A gathering of Paris-based women leaders in the arts to celebrate our collective presence and discuss practical ways to strengthen the ecosystem for artists finding their footing in the city.

The Sister Project (Exhibition Space)
A dedicated venue where our curators and artist-curators can develop exhibitions born from the vibrant exchanges of our Studio Visits—transforming conversation into public visibility.

oneATELIER Residency Programme (2026)
A new residency hosting a rotating selection of international women artists in Paris, fostering cross-cultural exchange and expanding dialogue between local and global perspectives.

In keeping with our core values of accessibility and solidarity, oneATELIER operates without membership dues. We ensure that no financial barrier prevents an artist from joining our community.
To sustain this inclusive model and realise our forthcoming projects, we rely on the generosity of donors and institutional partners.
