    Astrid Dick

    I am teaching a course “Destroy All Monsters” built around studio strategies for artists who want to deepen and sustain their practice.

    Highly interactive, made to fit your needs, and taught in a small group of three artists. Over a few months, the course includes group and individual critiques, drawing sessions, poetry and film prompts, and discussions and presentations on art history and seminal works of art criticism.

    Ambitious in reach, the intention is for all of us to "teach" and learn from each other -not one person lecturing. With special guests painter Anke Weyer and poet Jacob Bromberg.

  • Color grading (étalonnage) for films and videos

    I'm a video artist myself, I'm familiar of color grading and adjustment in Premiere Pro. If you are producing moving images and need help in color grading, do not hesitate to let me know ;)

    For people who do not work with video regularly: when you shoot your image, the color might be biased due to weather, time, lighting and camera itself, that's why color grading is needed. Especially when you put images of more than one camera into your work, it will be necessary to fine-tune it into the same grading. Of course there are lots of effects we can play with as well.

  • Open Call for Exhibition

    I am developing “Swipe Me If You Love Me”, an exhibition project exploring contemporary forms of love, desire, and relationships through social, cultural, and digital perspectives.

    I am currently seeking emerging artists to take part in this project, which will take place in Paris in late summer / early September 2027 (dates flexible).

    This open call aims to bring together diverse artistic voices and create an immersive exhibition experience.

    Aim:
    I’m currently looking for artists, exhibition spaces, and curatorial perspectives that could resonate with this project.

    I’m also very open to exchanges, ideas, or connections that could help shape and enrich it further.

    This is an open call for an exhibition project. Participation is free; selected artists will be included in the exhibition.

Services can be aimed at members or at a broader public — such as workshops for children, museum tours in various languages, or other offerings. Members may then recommend your services to people they know.

❋ A platform you are working or partnering with, that provides artistic or creative opportunities.

If you are advising or partnering with a platform that could benefit our members, please feel free to share it.

❋ Opportunities for long-term teaching positions at the university level that you would like to share with the group.

For this, we accept submissions at any time. We especially highlight English-speaking or international programs; however, opportunities in French are welcome.
