-
No. Some formats take place in studios, others in shared or domestic spaces, and some in neutral venues. We aim to remain flexible while respecting the work being shown.

Values & Culture
-
oneATELIER understands itself as an active, evolving community that is consciously shaping its own history and positioning within current artistic discourse. We take notes, document our studio critiques, and build an internal archive that allows ideas to circulate, mature, and reappear over time. Moving forward, this shared thinking may also find public form through exhibitions and other initiatives that give visibility to ideas emerging from our collective work.
-
oneATELIER practices an Anglo-style, dialog-driven critique. By this we mean a format centered on conversation rather than authority: artists speak about their work, peers respond with observations and questions, and discussion unfolds through exchange rather than verdict. The goal is to support clarity, articulation, and artistic growth through attentive listening and thoughtful response, in a supportive yet rigorous environment.
-
Co-mentorship means that learning flows in multiple directions. Members support one another through shared experience, careful listening, and sustained engagement over time.
-
No, and yes. While professional connections naturally emerge, oneATELIER is first and foremost a space for artistic thinking and growth.
